  “要把博物馆事业搞好。博物馆建设要更完善、更成体系,同时发挥好博物馆的教育功能。”今年全国两会期间,习近平总书记在江苏代表团听了全国人大代表、南京市博物总馆副馆长宋燕的介绍,兴致勃勃地说:“南京的博物馆还是很有看头的,六朝古都,还有后面的明代、清代,东西还是很多的。博物馆很重要,我从小就爱看博物馆,小时候北京的博物馆我差不多都看过了。”

  在国际博物馆日前夕,宋燕回忆起当时与总书记进行交流的情景,越发感到文博工作者肩上的责任重大。她说,“现在博物馆热,很多头部场馆确实一票难求。”以南京为例,南京市现有备案博物馆80座,去年全年共接待游客3448万人次,占南京全市接待游客总量的近两成。其中,南京市博物总馆所属的7家场馆去年全年接待了370万人次,今年一季度同比增长26%左右。

  面对热情的观众,南京市博物馆总馆旗下的各博物馆在延时开放、夜间开放的基础上,推出馆长说、讲解员说、专家说、志愿者说以及小小志愿者说等服务,为广大游客尤其是青少年进一步深度接触和了解博物馆、与历史和文物对话提供更有针对性的服务。“从感知到感悟甚至是感动,博物馆和历史文物会为观众带来更多的文化体验和情感共鸣。”宋燕说。

  今年国际博物馆日以“博物馆致力于教育和研究”为主题。宋燕介绍说,今天的博物馆早已不再是静态、传统的单向展陈。南京市博物总馆把纸面上的文化研究成果进行创造性转化,融入到社会教育之中。譬如,她们陆续开展“太白之旅”“名都南京知多少”“三国将军炼成记”等研学活动,打造“跟着名著游南京”“典籍里的六朝”等特色IP,让更多人了解中华民族博大精深的历史文化。特别是南京城墙博物馆,开馆8年来向社会征集散落民间的老城砖40多万块,广大南京市民在亲身参与过程中更加深刻地体会到文物保护和文化传承的意义。

  “把博物馆事业搞好,是我们终身为之奋斗的方向!”宋燕表示,随着人民生活水平和文化水平的不断提高,文博事业也要努力给观众提供更高质量、更多层次的服务体验。她以中国共产党代表团梅园新村纪念馆等中小型博物馆为例,建议人们要多从中领略当地历史和传统文化的内涵,将走入博物馆作为日常生活方式之一,“相信这也是众多博物馆人为之努力的一个方向”。
